I started working with Tim about 4 years ago and I have seen nothing but improvement. I like to judge myself based on my level from year to year. I have noticed that in the fours years that I have worked with Tim that I always get a little better every single year.

As a player this is extremely important in my goal to making it as a professional. I would have to say that Tim Sheredy is just as dedicated and focused as any successful person I have ever met. Every time I have a lesson with Tim it is focused and to the point.

I have two sons, ages 16 & 13, that have been playing competitive golf since the age of 6. We were looking for a coach/instructor that could help take them to the next level.......we were happy to find that in Tim Sheredy.

We have been with Tim for about 2 1/2 years. His instruction is very easy to understand and he has helped improve all areas of their game whether it's their swing, putting, short game or course management. He is patient, low-key and has a good rapport with his students.

Our daughter spent three summers practicing at the nation's largest golf academies. When she decided that "academy" life was for her, she enrolled and spent one full academic year at one of these large sport academies.

My relationship started with Tim as I entered my second and final year at the IMG/ David Leadbetter academy. I had heard he was a good technical coach and as I was looking for a swing re-vamp I figured he would be a good instructor to choose.

Our great relationship started straight away and continued to go from strength to strength. He not only turned into what will be my life long coach but a close friend and someone who I feel I can always confide in. His loyalty and dedication to helping me fulfil my dreams was something that immediately struck me.

Once I decided I wanted golf to be a great part of my life, I knew I needed to jump up that one step in order to get me on the right track. I had worked with previous instructors on my swing, but was having a hard time coming out of a slump that lasted a little over a year. Now, all it took was convincing my parents to send me to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, which ended up being the best decision I could have made for my golf game.

It wasn't as much the academy that did it for me, but especially, my coach, Tim Sheredy. I was extremely lucky to have been paired up with him once I arrived to Bradenton, and my game had never been better once I started working with Tim. It didn't take long for our relationship to grow, nor my swing to improve immensely. I had never even dreamed of winning the Mexican Women's Golf Amateur, and all it took was a solid 3 months with Tim to do so!

Tim Sheredy was my golf coach the entire two and a half years I attended the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Through the years he became not only my golf coach, but one of the best mentors and friends I have ever had. His work ethic I admired and served as a strong role model for me. It encouraged me to work harder, even when I was discouraged. His knowledge of the golf swing and ability to communicate it to me was exceptional.

The other coaches looked up to him and his teaching expertise, and I felt very fortunate to be in his group as he was in such high demand by other academy students. Tim's instruction and encouragement enabled me to earn a sport on the WFU women's golf team.

For the past four years, on the golf course, I have had the opportunity of developing my game under the guidance of Tim Sheredy, who is undoubtedly among the best in the world in the field of instruction. Through years of coaching alongside some of the game's greats, he has acquired a knowledge of instruction that places him in the company of a select few.

As a player, I must be certain that the work that I do on my game is not simply aesthetic; it must make me a better player. Tim is very conscious of the bigger picture of his duties and looks at every situation with an open mind. Like Socrates, I have more respect for an individual willing to admit when he or she does not know something than a person claiming to have the answer to every question.

After having some success in small local tournaments at the start of my golfing career, I recognized my passion for the game and decided to take my career to the next level. However, I grew up in a small town in upstate New York where snow dominates the area for most of the year.

The cold weather and snow was a great hinderance in my ability to pursue a serious golfing career. Therefore, I made a decision to move down south so I can practice and improve my game all year long. During the past few months that I have had lessons with Tim Sheredy, my golf game has improved in many ways.

For one instance, I increased my distance by about 5 to 10 yards from driver to wedge. Simultaneously, my shots became more accurate, consistent, and solid.

In May, 2010, my wife and I examined most, if not all of the major golf academies on the East Coast including a campus visit. We generated a list of academic, athletic and personal development goals for our two boys (an 18 year old post graduate who was a very late bloomer to golf - football player with a history of concussions brought him to tournament golf his senior year , and a 15 year old freshman in high school) and sought an environment that would foster not only their golf, but overall growth and maturation.

Tim Sheredy has to be the most kind, patient and intelligent person I have ever met. Not a day went by during my two year experience at The David Leadbetter Golf Academy that Tim wouldn't give 100% and make sure everyone around him was feeling more comfortable and confident with their golf game then before he came.

Tim always finds time to help even though I know sometimes going home to a new born child and wife would seem, to the average individual, more intriguing.
